I didn’t say so in the review, but I was a bit disappointed as well in the Classics content. Lots of Williams cars, a couple of Lotuses, a few Ferraris… but no McLarens? Also: since when was RALF Schumacher a legend? At least Eddie Irvine and David Coulthard were World Championship contenders for at least one season of their careers. Also, to have Alain Prost repping Williams was a bit of a stretch, at least to me.

Now I’m just splitting hairs real finely. haha

There are a lot of things I like about F1 2012, although I wish the Classic Edition was expanded-upon a bit more to include more cars and rivers and perhaps even more tracks. It’s understandable that certain drivers were not able to be included (read: Senna), and it could be that CM just wanted the “best” classic drivers – but still.

I am clearly not on the same playing-field as you are when it comes to getting serious about racers, but the more time that passes, the more I know I need to get a wheel. A gamepad just doesn’t cut it for this game.
