I am not sure I'd understand why anyone would go from a Corsair H70, which is a wicked cooler, to an air solution that's about twice as large. Either way, sorry to hear about your troubles, martin. As Optix says, it definitely pays to read the reviews, although in your case, it seems like you got a bad unit given the lack of a totally flat base.
