Default Pentium 4 531 @ 3.75 FSB Help

P5VDC-X Asus 775 Board

P4 531 3GHz @ 3.75GHz

I have it in to windows at 3.75 stable, but when i raise the fsb in the bios the clock speed doesnt go up.

Whats wrong?

I have no clue. I've never seen that happen.
