If you can get into the modem ( 192.168.100.1 )
lemme know what the readings are, you could have a low signal Up should be no higher than 49 Down should be +7 to -7 and SNR above 31. I set up internet and networks....so lemme know Merlin

We just had some work done (although I doubt dude messed with the modem's cable, it's on a dedicated line) on the cable but I haven't checked it yet.
