Default AMD Radeon HD 6990 Dual-GPU Graphics Card Unboxing

Although we don't have a specific date to shoot out there, AMD will soon be launching its long-awaited Radeon HD 6990 dual-GPU graphics card, and as this is the company's ultimate flagship product, it wanted to convey that message with pride. Our sample didn't arrive in standard pink bubblewrap and shoved into a FedEX box like usual... no, this card came in its very own silver protective briefcase.

Read our unboxing post and then discuss it here!

I'm so pleased you got one of these to have a release review of. Not as pleased as if I got one, but pleased for you, and the review we'll get from you.

Haha, don't feel too bad... we can't even use it (AMD still hasn't given us a driver).

Yes, we received a GPU without a driver to use it. Don't be surprised... happens often (with AMD, never NVIDIA). Hoping for it tonight so I can get down to testing!
