EA announced long ahead of time that SimCity would have always-online functionality, which gamers HATED. So you’d imagine that the company would do what it could to make sure that the launch was as smooth as silk, so as to not to prove that the gamers were right.

But no. EA stuck with its always-online scheme, and it’s now been proven how useless it can be.

And then when I can get in game and load my library of region (intentional misuse of tense there, I have only been able to start in on one city within that region) normally I am kicked back to region select because the client cannot connect the server that I am supposedly connected to. Boo-urns.
