If you want your PC to look pimp, but can't find any great looking fans, Ultra may have your answer. We are taking a look at their Glossy Fans, which promises quiet cooling, and superior looks.

Introduction

This is our first look at one of Ultras products in a few months, the last being their high performance 600W X-Finity PSU. Of course, Ultra doesn't just make power supplies, although sometimes they are mostly regarded for their X-Connect, which introduced the 'Modular Cable Connect' system to the market.

Today, we are taking a look at their 120mm and 80mm Glossy Titanium fans. As you can see already from the pictures, they look fantastic. Right off the bat, you may find the price to be a little on the expensive side. The 120mm fan retails for around $14.99US, and the 3-Pack 80m fans retail for $19.99US. Not too bad if this is the look you are going for though.

One thing I can say, is that the fans are very quiet. The 120mm fan runs at a constant 1800RPM, with 34.25dBA and 70.09CFM. The 80mm runs a constant 2000RPM, with a dBA of 20.3 and a CFM of 21.5.
