EVGA has a small presence in the realm of computer cases, with only having the Hadron case series a while back. EVGA announced an exciting new case lineup target towards gamers and enthusiasts, the DG series.
The new cases are called EVGA DG-84, 85, 86, and 87. With the DG-84 entering the spectrum at the lower end of the price point and feature list, and the DG-87 being at the top.
These new cases as I mentioned are designed with the enthusiast in mind, optimizing air flow, endless options for liquid cooling your GPUs and CPUs. This new line of cases also sports a K-Boost button, which will ramp up all of you fan speeds in the case, thanks to its built in fan controller for when you are really about to work the system hard.
The “DG” label stands for “Designed For Gaming” and all of the specs and pictures would heartily agree.
You can place preorders now and even get special preorder pricing for a limited time, and will be shipping in August, according to EVGA.
The EVGA DG-87 is the most feature rich of the new line with preorder pricing currently at $179.99, ordinarily $229.99, and the DG-84 at the lower end of the spectrum, priced at $99.99 for preordering, $149.99 regularly.
