Logitech’s K310 Allows You to Sing -and- Type in the Rain

As I sit here, watching the thunder and lightning outside, I can’t help but yearn for a peripheral that would allow me to work outside in that glorious mess. But what’s this? A waterproof keyboard from Logitech? Gasp! Time to find the rainboots!
Yes, Logitech’s K310 is in fact waterproof and that alone makes it intriguing. I of course kid about running outside like a maniac, hoping to be sufficient bait for a lightning bolt, so what use does anyone have with a waterproof keyboard? Well, if you’re the sort of person who leaves your keyboard in your pocket and forgets about it, your washing machine will be no match for Logitech’s design. Or, if you enjoy scuba-diving and prefer to blog as you’re doing it, then the K310 would be right up your alley.
Alright, I’m having trouble figuring out the target market for this thing, but at least if you do need a waterproof keyboard, this one exists. Plus, it’s pretty attractive, too, which is always a good thing. It’s set to launch in October, and will set you back $39.99.
