Cooler Master has a new All-in-One (AIO) watercooling solution: The Nepton.
The Nepton AIO coolers distinguish themselves from most of their competition by using 140mm fans on the radiator. There are two Nepton models, the 140XL and the 280L. As their names suggest, the only difference between them is the size of the radiator units: The 140XL sports a 140mm radiator, while the 280L features a 280mm radiator.
Both Nepton coolers are equipped with Cooler Master’s own premium JetFlo 140 Series fans. Although performance specs for the JetFlo 140 fans are not yet available at this time, the company does say that they “are built specially for the high air pressure and heat dissipation required for high performance watercooling.” Not only that, but should end-users wish to use 120mm fans, the radiators are fully supported without any modifications necessary.
The Nepton 280L, in particular, is designed for high-performance applications. Cooler Master says it can dissipate up to 300W of thermal energy. The 280mm radiator, working in conjunction with the copper base and the longer and thicker FEP tubing for less water restriction and optimal water flow, should allow the Nepton 280L to meet the company’s performance claims.
The Nepton coolers also feature thumbscrew-based mounting hardware for the fans and the pump for superior user-friendly installation.
Cooler Master’s Nepton 140XL and 280L AIO watercooling solutions will be available in November, per the company. Pricing and availability may vary according to region.
