We’ll make this one short and sweet, because that’s how I personally view BitFenix’s newly announced Prodigy M Color chassis. These little beauties offer everything that the original midnight black and arctic white versions do, such as a small footprint, micro-ATX motherboard support, room for up to 9 hard drives, and some serious cooling potential, but now users are free to pick from some vibrant new colours – fire red, atomic orange, vivid green, and cobalt blue.
What if you want to show off the components of your Prodigy M based system? BitFenix has that covered as well with a separate side panel that comes in one of the colours mentioned above, with a large acrylic window. With the unique internal layout of the Prodigy M, these panels might turn out to be a must-have item for enthusiasts.
Even though no pricing was discussed in the press release, the Prodigy M is currently retailing for about $100 US, so the coloured variants should come in at around the same price, but you’ll have to stay tuned on the pricing for the windowed side panels.
