EVGA Releases New AIO Liquid CPU Coolers: CLC 120 & CLC 280

EVGA teased a handful of its upcoming all-in-one liquid CPU coolers at last month’s CES, and now, the first two models have surfaced. These are the CLC 120 and CLC 280. With its 120mm radiator, we’d recommend a cooler like the CLC 120 to those who don’t have a power-hungry chip (any modern Intel quad-core) and want to do a little bit of overclocking, and the CLC 280 for those who want to push some limits, or keep one of Intel’s beefier enthusiast chips (eg: i7-6900K) nice and cool.
Interestingly, EVGA doesn’t go into great detail about CLC’s design, although it’s probably because this is the company’s take on products we’re already familiar with. What will be really unique is future coolers from the company that will have interchangeable pieces, allowing you to get more creative with your build.
One thing that does stand out about EVGA’s CLC coolers is that RGB lighting is included. Just four colors are shown above, but the sky’s the limit. Everything from the lighting to the control can be handled through EVGA’s upcoming Flow Control software. Anyone who’s used EVGA Precision should feel right at home here:
EVGA is pricing its CLC 120 at $89.99, and $129.99 for the much larger CLC 280. To learn more about these coolers, and the other upcoming ones, check out our YouTube video:
