Fractal Design is at it again, adding to its Meshify line-up with the Meshify C Mini – Dark TG. Quite a mouthful for such a diminutive chassis. An open micro ATX layout, the MCM-DTG(??) promises to provide “unrestricted airflow” by making use of the angular and stylish front mesh that runs the entire front of the chassis. This front mesh not only looks good but has been designed to maximize air intake.
Like most all new chassis today, the Meshify C Mini – Dark TG ships with a tempered glass side panel that’s tinted but still transparent, providing what Fractal calls a “stealth-inspired black-on-black aesthetic”. Like any chassis, cooling capability is only as good as the fans used to move cooler air in and out of the interior, and it’s with this in mind that Fractal includes a pair of in-house designed Dynamic X2 GP-12 120mm fans with room to add another three 120mm fans (or two 140mm fans on top and another 120mm fan in front).
With that much “unrestricted airflow”, each potential airflow ingress is covered with filters, including at the bottom to keep dust from being pulled in by the PSU. Engineered into such a small chassis is the ability to install up to five 3.5″ hard drives and GPUs with lengths up to 315mm (with the front fan installed).
Available now, the Fractal Design Meshify C Mini – Dark TG has an MSRP of just $89.99 USD.
