GAMDIAS – High Quality Peripherals for Gamers on a Budget

Gaming gear of all types often incur a price premium. In some cases, the price hike compared to a non-gaming equivalent is enough to dissuade gamers with budgetary limits. GAMDIAS, a brand-new entrant into the red-hot gaming peripherals market, wants to challenge the notion that high quality means high cost for the consumer.

EROS V2 Surround Sound Headset – Features 7.1 surround sound driven by 50mm neodymium Iron Boron drivers; earpads optimized for long wear and background noise elimination; unidirectional microphone with bendable boom. MSRP is $74.99, but it can be preordered for $44.99 on August 1, 2014.

HEBE V2 Stereo Sound Headset – Features a folding microphone boom with noise-blocking pick-up; in-line remote for control functions. MSRP is $64.99, but it can be preordered on August 1, 2014 for $34.99

EREBOS Extension Optical and Laser Gaming Mouse – Features eight buttons actuating mechanical microswitches; three interchangeable side panels to optimize ergonomics; weight of only 20 grams for optimal control; up to 3500 DPI and 60 IPS motion detection for the optical version, and 8200 DPI and 150 IPS motion detection for the laser version. MSRP for the optical version is $69.99, with a preorder price of $39.99; meanwhile, the laser version has an MSRP of $79.99, with a preorder price of $49.99.

OUREA Optical and Laser Gaming Mouse – Features six buttons actuating mechanical microswitches; up to 2500 DPI and 30 IPS sensor rate for both the optical and the laser version. MSRP for the optical version is $49.99, while the laser version’s MSRP is $59.99. Preorder pricing is $19.99 and $29.99, respectively.

ARES Keyboard – Features membrane keyboard switches; 32 programmable keys and on-the-fly Macro Recording capability; preset attack, game, and lock modes. MSRP is $74.99, with a $44.99 preorder discount price.

The ARES keyboard can also be purchased as part of a 2-piece bundle with the OUREA Optical Gaming Mouse. The ARES Essential Gaming Gear Combo is available for preorder for $39.99; regular MSRP is $69.99. The ARES Essential Gaming Gear Combo will be released in September 2014.
