The good folks at GOG.com are following in Steam’s footsteps and holding their own Halloween sale this weekend. It also features some spooky classics, but due to the overall limited selection of GOG’s service to begin with (compared to Steam), the selection is limited to only 12 titles. But what the sale lacks in selection, it makes up in quality.
Titles include Realms of the Haunting, a game I’ve been meaning to try for ages (and as I just purchased it here, I have no more excuses), Gabriel Knight 1, 2 and 3, Ghost Master, Litil Divil, Phantasmagoria 1 and 2, Sanitarium, Scratches, Shadowgrounds and finally, Vampire: The Masquerade – Redemption.
All of these games are being sold for 50% off which puts most at $3 and some at $5. As always, GOG gives you a great excuse to game it up this weekend instead of having a social life. Who really likes dressing up, anyway?
