Maine Politician Slandered Against for Playing World of Warcraft

It’s of little surprise if we hear of someone getting the short end of the stick in some situation just because they’re a gamer, but this is a new one. Colleen Lachowicz, a Senate hopeful from Maine, is being assaulted by her opposition for being a big fan of World of Warcraft. Now, we’ll forgive you if you’ve never heard of the game (we can only faintly recall it), but in it, Colleen is a level 85 Orc Assassin named Santiaga. This, according to her opposition, makes her unfit for a State Senate placement.

Thanks to her love of the game, Colleen apparently leads a “double-life”, and because she wants to go drown her ‘Grover Norquist’ in a bathtub, it makes her truly unfit to be in politics. Colleen’s opposition feels so strongly about this, that they’ve even gone ahead and dedicated a website to it. Who exactly they’re trying to target, we’re not sure.

“We think anyone making comments about drowning Grover Norquist and stabbing things shows a shocking level of immaturity and poor judgment that voters should know about,” Maine GOP party spokesman David Sorenson said.

I think someone just needs rebuffed.
