After months of anticipation, NVIDIA hauled the veil off of its GeForce GTX 960 yesterday. In case you didn’t happen to notice, we posted an in-depth look at ASUS’ Strix edition (seen first below).
If you’ve already read through, it could be that you’re chomping at the bit for a card, but are unsure of what other options exist out there. While I heartily recommend the ASUS Strix model I took a look at, it goes without saying that there are many great-looking options, most of which can be seen on this page.
While there are many models listed on this page, this isn’t a complete list. Some vendors have other SKUs that they are not heavily promoting for this launch, and in some cases, there’s very little difference between some of them. EVGA, for example, has four dual-fan ACX models that look exactly the same – one is “Ref”, or reference, while the others are Superclocked, Super Superclocked (yes, really), and FTW. So, if you happen to see a model on this page that’s not available, you might want to dig around to see if a similar one using the same cooler is.
As for me, I’m still partial to the ASUS Strix.
