NVIDIA Kicks Off ’12 Days of Gear Up Giving’ Facebook Contest

NVIDIA has just kicked off a new promotion entitled, “12 Days of Gear Up Giving”, where it’s offering its Facebook fans a chance at some sweet prizes. There’s a catch though. The prizes become better as NVIDIA’s GeForce Facebook page earns more fans, so it’s worth getting your friends to enter as well. With a 2,000 fan increase, a 3D Vision 2 kit or GTX 550 Ti will be offered, while if there is a 5,500 fan increase, the prize is boosted to GTX 580 SLI + Intel X79 motherboard.

Depending on which tier has been achieved, NVIDIA will be giving out the set prize to a random fan each day throughout the promotion. The earlier the biggest tier is reached, the more GTX 580 SLI kits will be given out. In addition, you are able to boost your own chances of winning by referring friends, so for once, your chances won’t be hurt for doing that, but helped.

To enter you need to head over to the NVIDIA GeForce Facebook page and click “Like”, and then click on the “12 Days of Gear Up Giving” in the navigation pane to the top-left. Here’s the official rules:

Where: On the NVIDIA GeForce Facebook page. Just look for the “12 Days of Gear Up Giving” tab on the left navigation bar.

When: Sweepstakes starts December 12th, 2011 and runs for 12 days, concluding on December 23rd, 2011.
Who: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (EXCLUDING PUERTO RICO AND ITS OTHER TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS), CANADA (EXCLUDING THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC), THE UNITED KINGDOM, GERMANY, NORWAY, AUSTRALIA AND BRAZIL. All entries, whether online or by mail, must be received no later than between 9:00 AM on December 12, 2011, Pacific Standard Time and 5:00 PM on December 23, 2011, Pacific Standard Time.
