Alright – a lot has happened with the site in the last two days, so let’s take this slow. On Monday, we pulled the trigger on a long-overdue idea; we launched a Facebook fan page. If you’re active there (and who isn’t?), you can keep up with our goings-on easier. For those who prefer Twitter, we still have that option, in addition to regular RSS (Content; News). Since I’m on a roll, I might as well plug our Steam group! And YouTube. And eHarmony.
To help celebrate the launch of our Facebook page and also ease the pain of seasonal spending, we’ve teamed up with Kingston to offer up some sweet, storagey goodness to three lucky winners. First prize? A super-fast HyperX 3K 240GB SSD and 16GB of Kingston’s brand-new HyperX Beast memory.
To enter, you can simply post in our forum thread (an account is required if this is your only entry) – or for extra entries, you can befriend Techgage and Kingston through our respective social networks. You should check out the contest page for full details and then enter away. Good luck!
Last, but not least, the most obvious thing to happen these past few days is a site refresh. We wouldn’t go as far as to call it a “revamp”, but it’s without question a major improvement. We’ve moved from a 3-column design to a 2-column one, forgoing the left menu entirely. Wondering where our categories list went? Just hover over the “Articles” up top with your mouse, or tap it with your mobile device.
We hope you all like what we’ve done with the site this past month (don’t forget the comments!), and can promise you that the best is yet to come!
