Eurocom Ships Ultra-Powerful ‘Panther 4.0’ 3D Notebook

A couple of years ago, a company by the name of Eurocom caught my attention. It might have had something to do with the fact that the folks there threw 4x OCZ Vertex 480GB 2 SSDs into a notebook… I’m not sure. Nonetheless, the company is always at the ready to deliver the highest-performing notebooks in the world, and its latest, “Panther 4.0”, fits that bill perfectly.

Let’s see. Intel Core i7-3960X six-core processor? Check. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580M x 2? Check. 32GB of RAM? Of course. 4TB storage? You bet. 3D-capable display for use with NVIDIA 3D Vision? You have to ask?

Fully decked-out, Eurocom’s Panther 4.0 would be faster than most of the world’s high-performance desktops. It features a top-of-the-line CPU, can be equipped with Quadro in lieu of GeForce, can contain a ton of RAM and storage, and manages to come in at just 12lbs. That might seem heavy, but we’re talking about a true desktop-replacement here.

The price with all of what’s mentioned above included? A cool $7,698 USD. And that doesn’t even include an operating system. But when you’re in need of this much power on the go, this is your option.
